Happy Hump Day Q sters,
The humidity is back today, after a few awesome days without. Stay cool & hydrated throughout the day. With this humidity, bring rain tomorrow, but then should clear for the Molson Indy this weekend. Of course road closures are in effect along the Lakeshore, so patience is a must. Good time to start your vacation to avoid it.

Good morning fellow Canucks!
Its a beautiful day in the neighbourhood.
Have a great peak of the week folks.
Happy Hump Day everyone.
I'm not crazy about this humidity but oh well it's part of summer.
Thanks to GoJays for this one!

I like beer!

There are roughly a dozen Breweries in Prince Edward County, half of which are closer than the beer store.
It keeps me busy visiting them all on a regular basis.
Barley Days is my favourite and was the closest until last week, when Matron opened.

Happy Friday Jr, Q sters,
No need to fret, the sun will come back out. We need to get thru this cloudy, possibly wet, stormy day.
Plus, it's almost the weekend.
Good morning fellow Canucks!
I recently entered a contest, and found out that I won the grand prize. It is a trip for two to Newfoundland to chase some icebergs. Airfare, accommodations, food and the tour is included.
When I went to Newfoundland in August 2016, I only saw one iceberg and it was way off in the distance. I have time off in August, but am pretty sure that iceberg season will be over. I can check with the tour company to see if we can do some other excursion, but usually contests are not very flexible on making changes to the prize. If I can't make any changes, perhaps we will go in May next year.
Anyhow, it sounds like a cool prize and I am looking forward to going on this tour.
Have a great day folks!
Good afternoon everyone. The sun is out now without a cloud in the sky and still muggy.
Congrats on your win kenrod. Newfoundland is still fairly cool so if you go dress warmly.

Hey, how many times has "The Dead South" listened to this old track?

GOOD on them!
Big Congrats on your win! Newfoundland is awesome. Unfortunately, you won't find too many icebergs in August. When we went in the beginning of July, there were lots still. Bring some long johns & mitts if you travel on the north Atlantic to see them. Even in July, the temp was -2C, very windy & rainy, so May would be colder.
