Was surprised to see two speed clips from Azerbaijan. The Baku city street circuit has some good straight line runs immediately followed by very tight corners and close barriers!! As those causing all the red flags during last weekend's qualifying and race can attest.

But I guess that's what separates the great drivers from the still learning how to be great drivers.

Happy Hump Day Q sters,

This has been awesome weather, too bad work gets in the way of it.
Decided to get a small pool this summer, which has been beautiful to cool off in after work. Don't have a/c at work, so it can really hot. It's really nice to just float in the pool for a while before dinner & cool off.

Tomorrow am we will have an annular eclipse. The time to see it will be 5:40am to 6:37am, just above the horizon.

So far, Habs & Lightning are in the semi finals & from the looks of it, Islanders should take it tonight. Tomorrow night, Vegas has the opportunity clinch the last spot, so the semis could be the Islanders/Lightning & Habs/ Vegas.

Yes, I saw it this morning. I was standing in the middle of my street and my neighbours were wondering what I was doing. Fortunately I had a couple of pairs of eclipse glasses so I could share.

TGIF. Things are opening up. I will be eligible to book my second Covid shot next week. Why am I thinking of next week already? Time to think about the weekend. Because nothing matters but the weekend from a 9:20 am point of view.

i was able to move up my second pfizer shot to next Tuesday which means i will be fully magnetized.... i mean vaccinated before my second shot was originally booked for the end of july.

They're tracking me with the electrode-implant from my vaccination.
Fortunately, they can't keep up.

They'd better re-boot their asses if they want to catch me.
