It has not been a good day for me. Tuesday night the battery was dead in my car. Turns out my alternator and serpentine belt had to be replaced. $450!! I only live 15 km from work but it took 3 buses and an hour to get there yesterday. I think I did make the newspaper headlines though... "White Man Spotted on a Bus in Brampton"

natruebug i wont even go on about traffic as i am pulling a small float loaded with boulders all day from kingston rd to bloomington rd via markham rd. remember there are only 2 seasons here construction and winter, off to work, everyone enjoy their day, everyone remember tomorrow, although it should still be a stat, another bad political decision

Unfortunately this is my mantra since that water main/sink hole happened on Bayview north of Steeles. All the traffic comes down Don Mills and I cannot even get out onto the road. They cannot fix Bayview fast enough for me. Traffic quadroupled.

I know what you mean. Sometimes the cat is laying at the top of the stairs and won't move, or she stands up and spins around my legs a few times. How's a guy supposed to get downstairs to his comfy chair in front of the TV to start working?
