    I have been rather exhausted this week...
    and sorry I didn't send the congrats on the correct day.

    What I didn't mention yesterday was my husband's company
    announced they were laying off 5 people.
    He has been there 13 months and one of the last ones in.
    I was concerned to say the least.....

    Decent benefits for drugs and such... and a company car....
    We found out he/his job are safe. Thank goodness.
    Someone is looking out for us....
    He is doing good work and is very well liked by his colleagues and bosses
    and his customers....

    At 8 pm the scheduled concert is Chicago, and at 9 it is Journey.

    This am I was so sure it was Saturday when I woke up.
    I went back to sleep till 8:30.
    Good thing my commute is is down a couple of dozen stairs.

    It has been snowing here since 3:00 pm.
    Not sure what else is on its way ....

    Hope everyone enjoyed their day.

    I just got back a little while ago from the Mandarin. I still feel like I'm bursting at the seams (3 heaping plates full of chicken/beef/pork for this carnivore plus dessert - chocolate-covered strawberries count as a serving of fruit, right? ).

    The critters can smell yummy food on my breath & are ticked that I didn't bring home a doggy/kitty bag. I think I'm in the doghouse for the night.

    Off to relax (I'm feeling too roly poly to exercise, I think I'll wobble & topple over).

    After I posted this I googled their names together, turns out there is quite the buzz out there that Andy did in fact fake his death and is playing the Santorum character as a political parody. Now all I can do is picture Santorum as Latka Gravas - not a stretch of the imagination at all. Once again, life imitates art.
