So after waiting 6 weeks for today's appointment with both specialists, the only thing that we know today that we didn't know yesterday is that one of the possible treatments is no longer a treatment option.....

We have another referral to another specialist who is supposed to be the "best of the best" (even though we thought these two were "the best of the best"). Another X number of weeks before we get to see this new doctor and hopefully get a positive treatment option....

Good morning. Did not even get though on the song of the day. Tad getting though at 70 then having it ring and ring and go busy is a heartbreaker! Thanks to Heartgirl & Karl Stiel for posting once again.
Can anybody help? I have a friend coming into town next Tuesday, we want to go out and maybe go to a bar. Anybody knows a bar that plays live rock on a Tuesday, or classic rock music. I have checked for concerts and no luck. The Leafs are playing and he is a fan but after last night. I’m a big fan and I did not even see the end of the first.
Then the kicker to this is, next Tuesday is my wife’s birthday, and he is not her favorite person so she will not come out. She says to go out and she is the type a person when she says it she means it. But now I have to look for something special this weekend too!

I will not be much Help for Suggesting Venues, I'm afraid.

It is Interesting that it is Your Wife's Birthday on the 27th...

I have already Booked the Day Off and be Preparing a Nice Dinner for Her (my Wife, that is ).

My friends and I have the same problem, there's no good bars around any more. All the decent venues have gone "sports bar", finding a good place, with a live band is tough. Wolfie if I cooked my wife dinner she would have someone check it before she ate it. I guess that not true as long as I BBQ. I made her a Valentines breakfast when we first started out, that after you bit into it you need the jaws of life to pry your mouth open, the pot and spatula were toast. It was French pastry cover with the little candy red hearts melted over top.

Thanks for checking TO_Harley, this was one of the ones I saw last night. Will have to do research on each one to see what kind of music they play. I also don't want to be the oldest one in the building. Though that is getting harder. I guess the back up is Sports Bar or Ballet. Though too hard to talk in the Ballet or maybe you just loose your train of thought.
