it seems mother nature has no idea what time of year it is, or has been. it was a mild, & non white stuff existance this winter, a warm to hot march & now a white stuff april. are we kidding? summer better be really long & hot.

nice talk with son, tad & you obviously taught him about responsibility for his actions if he's given you his tooth fairy money. sounds like you've raised both very well.

if it makes you feel any better, mine started at 18 months & still hasn't stopped & she's 23 now. lately she's been better, but every now & then you get this outrageous phone bill & i have to blast her one. we're all on the family plan so calling home is fine, it's when she calls her friend in the US that kills it. told to email her instead of talking on the phone. much cheaper that way.

you're only required to keep them for 7 years. i think you're good. you can shred the rest of them up to 2004 if you want.

My daughter did something similar just a few months ago (and she is almost 20).... she has a friend who lives in BC whom she sends texts to all of the time... he downloaded a "free application" that made texting "easier" (although I still don't understand exactly what that means) It was free for the first little bit - then they started charging for it and she didn't realize that the "707" number that she was texting was in California.... $250.00 later... I felt horrible for her because she really felt bad, but she willingly turned over the cash since she knew it was her "silly" mistake.... she won't do that again....

I had a really busy afternoon.... My son is officially done 4 years of university and wrote his last exam today, so I helped him move out of his apartment and move back home... What is funny though is he lived in his apartment for the last 2 years and this was the first time that I saw it.... :rolleyes:

omg, tad! watching news and seeing snow in orangeville! that's a LOT of snow!

It's good your son is offering to give up some of his money to pay you back tad! I think he has probably learned his lesson, sounds like your teaching him well but what did he say about the $65 in games???
