thanx for the PFWWs. i knew you guys would step up. race was really exciting tonight, lots of action & for the 4th time in a row, Kyle Busch won the spring race at Richmond. he beat the leader Tony Stewart out of the pits at the last caution with 8 laps to go.

Hope everyone enjoyed their day. :)
I had a lovely bbq lunch/dinner across the street. I also had a good laugh - there were all sorts of signs saying "Summer is here", yet everyone was dressed for a much colder month. :P The food was good, even if they made folks cook it themselves (a nice young couple taught me how to bbq). I brought a little bit home with me to share with the roommates, so I'm not in the doghouse. :P
Then tonight, I got to see You Can't Take It With You, a sweet little play about an eccentric family. Fun ensues when the daughter brings home her fiance & his straightlaced parents to meet her family. :)
To top off the night, there was a concert - a little bit of opera, some selections from musicals, an interview with Eric Peterson & a tribute to Levon Helm. Lots of fun, but I am so ready for bed.

My Buddy & I are taking a Friend's 21 Year Old Son out Fishing with us.
His Mother is Planning a Surprise Birthday Party for him, so it is the Perfect Distraction.
He is really Excited to go Fishing, so that w*rks in his Mom's Favour. :top:
