According to En-Pro, gas prices are expected to rise 3.8 cents at 12:01 a.m. July 5, to an average price of 123.9 cents a litre at most GTA gas stations.

Please note: Gas prices have become very volatile because of a change in the way oil companies set their prices, thus making it more challenging to predict gasoline prices.

Lunch is being served in the Smart Canuck Cafe,
Did you know that you can have pizza at any time of day?
Some people like it gooey & some people like it cheesy,
You can customize your pizza, it is really that easy,
Some people like pizza on the meaty side,
& some like tomatoes that are sun dried,
Some like peppers & some people like ham,
& I guess there are even some who like it with spam,
Some people like onions & a crispy crust,
& throw on extra garlic if you feel you must,
Pineapple, mushrooms, anchovies, salami,
It's your very own pizza, so add some pastrami,
I never thought pizza could be comfort food,
But I must say that I'm in a pizza kind of mood!

Since it's too hot to turn on the oven we can proceed to plan b,
If you want to include some woobly pops, that is just fine with me,
Bring a pocket full of change & top it as you wish,
If you are a little different, you can add some tuna fish,
The wait is only 3 minutes & that's not very long,
So there won't be time for Loocie to sing the I love pizza song,
If there's no room at the picnic bench, just park your derriere on the couch,
It may not be like your Momma's pizza, but for good times I will vouch,
After lunch a quick snooze for those who need to take 40 winks,
The rest of you can proceed to the pool area for some Smart Canuck style high jinks.
