Wolfie, try Robax Platinum.
Thanks, Lee - this is how I was "rockin" yesterday. Hiding under an overhang at Hilton Falls waiting for a break in the rain. I had a little friend looking over my shoulder.

morningn Q sters,
HAPPY PSUNDAY!
ok, now it's time for the rain to take a leave of absence at least for a few days. it was sunny out earlier this morning, but a dark cloud came over & it started raining just before 11am. today is our Leathertown Festival & we really don't need the rain. it started at 11am & goes till 5pm. the main street is closed off to traffic & venders from all over come to show & sell their wares. there's also some local entertainment from the dance studio, singers, bands, magicians & the dreaded clowns. kids have a big play park with those blow up castles that they get to jump in, pony rides & face painting. the big cloud past over & the sun came out again, only to start with the rain a few minutes ago. now it's passed over & hopefully the sun will stay out. going to go over a bit later this afternoon, just as soon as my laundry's done. 1 more load to go.
thanx so much for the RWWs.
so sorry to hear about your pinched back, Wolfie. know that pain all to well. i fine robax platinum works well too. the other thing i find that helps is lying down on a solid core pool noodle. it sure finds the out of adjustments in your back quickly. it hurts for a bit, but when you just relax, it helps to relief those tight or pinched spots along the spine & when you slowly roll from side to side, you can feel the back adjust itself. afterwards, my back feels a lot freer & movement is much improved.
hope this helps.
welcome antonia23. hope you enjoy a humble home.
BIG CONGRATS TO FF's NEW BLUE HEART!
sounds like a wonderful time, enjoy with your kids.
alohamom, thanx for sharing the birthday pics. looks like the girls had a great CSI experience
Been looking into getting away for a few days, would have been a week but was looking down south and then decided against it for various reasons. Found a nice renovated cottage steps from beach, got her down from $200 a night to $100 a night, since she had a cancellation, but now looking at the damn weather not sure what to do. It's over near Port Stanley. Don't want to miss tomorrow s game so I want to go Tues and Wed nights but it looks like rain on Tues and then cloudy, damn. I have to call to confirm........maybe I'll chance it but who needs rain when your beside a beach! Had another almost booked by Georgian Bay but this one is better. Anyone been at Port Stanley recently?
Good to hear from Loocie ....
very true. hoping the next couple of days are sunny & warm. i've a couple of days off & am heading up north to relax & hopefully enjoy some watersports & a few cocktails afterwards. no drinking & motorized sports for me. hoping the weather will accommodate, unlike the rainy weekend.
too bad about your parking ticket, ecat. there should be a law that if there's a hydrant on your property or even on the city's property, it should be visible at all times, not have plants or vegetation hiding it. glad you had a good time at the taste of the danforth.
