Just got back from din dins at the Old Spagetti Factory, brings back memories for me and I'm sure a few of you! They still have their salad/soup, bread, and ice-cream included although the wine has gone up!!! Anyways all in all a good meal!

here are some of the Howl pictures. this was the 1st round of $1007 best costume & it was won by this broad that was suppose to be the exercist. wasn't my idea of the best out of that group, but i guess she had a lot of friends with her. the 1st couple of pics are of Berdawg & Zedgirl & their friend Cathy.

That was the hardest easy question I ever answered. I had the on-air commercials booming in my ear with Andy way in the background. Anyway - Dark Star Orchestra tickets for me!

I usually try for the psych afternoon thingie but I was out today what question did you answer right psells and btw big Congrats - it ain't easy getting through!!!

Seems all the rain has flushed out the turtles.
Had to help a painted turtle across the road before
he got runned over.

Then saw a gopher tortoise like this guy,
called that because they burrow and live in holes, pretty rare around here now.
Check out the psychadelic patterns on the shell.



Also found a flock? of peacocks living in a couple of adjoining vacant lots,
neighbours hate them they make alot of noise and make a mess.
I 'll try to get a picture of them before they get run off.

here we have zedgirl & Cathy & round 2 of the $1007 best costume. With Ryan this time is Kim Mitchell & Candice. Candice was holding her costume of Pretty Maids all in a Row. The guy dressed as Keith Richards won this round.

Mexican Squash soup for lunch and Pot Roast for dinner.
Made roasted Cauliflower with dinner tonight, never tried it before.
Awsome, naturally sweet and delicious, will definately make it again!

All the kids are home tomorrow night for dinner and I'm struggling for quick "after work" dinner ideas.... I'll probably end up doing fajitas or quesadillas... always favorites...

this was round 3 of the $1007 best costumes hosted this time by Dominik, the banana, Diamond & Candice. the 5 we had competing this time were Chuckie, Balloon girl, the wall, mario brothers cars & batman & cat woman. the winner of this group was Chuckie.

Lunch with friends was fun, as always. Critters were ticked, of course, cause I didn't bring home a kitty/doggy bag.

Many memories for me, i helped build the place, scraped all the electrical when it was a warehouse and in stalled all the electrical, i was still young, but my father got the electrical contract for The Old Spaghetti Factory, we pulled all the cables, did all the simple wiring. one day the owner hired my brother and I to clean and pollish all the brass bed rails and any thing shinny, that kept us busy for 6 weeks!

i actually painted the block lettering mural on the outside, also painted some signs in the bar area

also worked on The Organ Grinder, Brandy's, Delany's and Victoria Station(the restaurant)
