I was home all day yesterday on only came in and saw the ceremonies on TV and did not get a chance to thank a veteran in person as I missed talking to my father in law, who my wife talks to via Skype in Scotland every Sunday and who was in the artillery in WW2. James and his buddy Jim had come over for our wedding 23 years ago and they were out touring Toronto and all of a sudden Jim yells stop the car. And jumps and starts yelling that’s my plane that’s my plane. Not sure if you remember the plane that used to be in the park across from the Princess Gates, he was a flyer WW2 and that’s the type he flew. When it was removed from the part Jim followed the rebuild. He turned 92 two weeks ago. James my father will not talk about the war at all.
CRN - thank you and your family and all veterans!
This is my grandson Spencer (Doodle).
Why is Spencer scratching his head?

Because he has a 4 year old sister.
Sorry Spencer but you will be scratching
your head over girls the rest of your life.

He deals with it the only way he knows how......
I try to keep him away from the hard stuff.
Got home Friday and was eating lunch when the phone rang. I did not know the number so let it go to voice mail. Well the voice comes on and says it is NAPA and said that I had entered the worst garage contest; well I picked it up right away. Turns out I had won one of the secondary prices. When I first entered it I was going to ask you guys to help me out and vote, but it turned out you would have to sign up to NAPA and they would be send you emails all the time and I did not think that was fair. It took me a couple of hours to find every broken tool I had, and arrange them. Then I took 30 pictures and then spent two hours finding the right picture and fixing the photo. One guy had 70 votes and I had 20 after just a few days, so I said to hell with it and forgot all about it. The top prise was $25,000 garage make over. I won a 132 piece tool box worth $500. That spurred me on and I spend about 6 hours on the weekend cleaning out the garage.
Psell have a good trip training more future firefighters.
