Just back from a wonderful fund rasing event in Aurora.
It's called Empty Bowls...its a collaboration of artists (cermaic pottery) and a number of restaurants. Your ticket price includes the selection of a hand made soup bowl, and then a wonderful meal where you can try 8 different gourmet soups. All monies raised went to the York Region Food Network and Welcoming Arms.
Congrats to the organizers and sponsors/donors!!!
