4. WINNER SELECTION
On July 30, 2011 at approximately 12:00 pm ET, one (1) eligible entrant will be randomly selected as the winner of the Grand Prize, as described below. The potential Grand Prize winner will be contacted by a representative of CILQ-FM within two (2) business days of the draw by telephone and/or email, as provided by the entrant in their Club registration form. Potential Grand Prize winners found to be ineligible, decline to accept the Grand Prize or who are unable to be contacted (including failing to return phone calls or emails) within five (5) business days of the draw will forfeit the Grand Prize.
5. THE GRAND PRIZE AND GRAND PRIZE VALUE
There one (1) Grand Prize to be won. The Grand Prize consists of:
i) Two (2) nights’ standard accommodation (based on double occupancy) at Saga Valley Resort in Wasaga Beach, Ontario, Canada.
ii) All hotel taxes and processing fees;
iii) Two (2) One hundred dollar ($100) gift cards for use at specified Wasaga Beach restaurants; and
iv) One hundred dollar ($100) gas station gift card.
The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $850 CDN.
6. DEADLINE FOR CLAIMING GRAND PRIZE
Following confirmation as a Grand Prize winner in accordance with the Contest Rules, selected entrants will be given instructions and a deadline as to how they must claim the Grand Prize. Potential winners who fail either to claim the Grand Prize or to inform CILQ-FM of his/her inability to claim the Grand Prize before the deadline, as instructed, will forfeit the Grand Prize.
7. GRAND PRIZE CONDITIONS
i) All incidental costs and expenses not specifically referred to herein as part of the Grand Prize description, including but not limited to ground transportation not specifically mentioned in Section 5, above, airport improvement fees, travel insurance, trip cancellation insurance, connector flights, sightseeing tours, tips, departure taxes, fees and surcharges, excess baggage fees, costs associated with obtaining travel documents, visas, or necessary vaccinations, any alcoholic beverages, or items of a personal nature (the “Expenses”) are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner (and/or guest where applicable). The Grand Prize winner (and/or guest where applicable) shall not seek reimbursement for the Expenses from the Contest Sponsors;
ii) The Grand Prize trip must be taken between August 11, 2011 and August 14, 2011 (the “Travel Period”). Blackout periods may apply. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to travel during the Travel Period, he or she will forfeit the Grand Prize; and
iii) The Grand Prize winner(s) (and/or guest where applicable) are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to departure. Failure to obtain necessary travel documentation will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize.
that's the same weekend as Journey/Foreigner contest. looks like i won't be going to wasaga beach. :cheesygrin:Quote:
