Knottythoughts- The Hobbit was great, maybe not quite as good as I had wished it to be but with all the hoopla it had alot to live up to. Some of the effects were not great and some were spectacular. Parts of the story added in by the Jackson team were unneeded (imo) but all in all it was well balanced and very enjoyable
