Just opened my last present - it was a coffee maker that makes cappuccino, latte's, espresso etc. I'm right beside a bunch of coffee shops but hardly ever go in them but do enjoy the cappuccino's etc so they figured I'd like to make my own! Neat! - Another gift I'll really use is the PAL portable radio from Bay/Bloor Radio - music wise I got Big Sugar's DVD/CD, Steve Miller DVD, Downchild Blues Band DVD....


The Q is playing some good tunes tonight!!!

I saw Downchild when I was at Humber College, in 1975. It was a short performance in a fairly small lecture hall that included an interview session. It hadn't been well advertised, and I recall stumbling across it by accident and just finding a seat up front. there was a long-haired blond girl on piano, whom I don't recall seeing again after that...
