When we were in the surgical waiting room at HSC at the time of my daughter's surgery, we met another mom & dad whose 7 year old son was in the process of receiving a liver transplant and I think the main vein transplant (aorta???). They were ecstatic that Jake was getting a second chance.... Seeing how happy this family was reconfirmed that we did the right thing.... :)
