Had the perfect Georgian Bay day yesterday...........my son and I were up at 6 a.m., portaged into a back lake , caught and released about 20 bass (kept 2 for dinner), then we were back on the Bay heading out to the Umbrella Islands. He is a steward for the Georgian Bay Land Trust and has to go check on the island a few times over the summer.

Rockit - I am so very saddened to hear about your friend. Loosing someone so suddenly is so tragic. Another reminder that life is precious & never to be taken for granted....cause we never know.
Many of us have lost siblings (myself included) parents & friends.
I think our little forum here also serves as a support group sometimes.
