Finally all caught up from Saturday night when I passed out lol.

Was a busy weekend at the store, did a jewelry demo saturday afternoon and was also busy running around yesterday doing all my new duties in the department while also doing cash because one of the girls up and left saturday that was supposed to be working yesterday which made me getting my stuff done harder because I'd to run back and forth 20x. Was not amused especially since I was being called at times when there really wasn't a line, three people does not a need for backup make. I'd wait until I'd six before calling someone else. I dunno, maybe its because of all my previous jobs that it doesn't freak me out when I see a few people waiting to be cashed out.

Home until later this week again but have to get ferret a new water bottle; someone found out yesterday while I was out that hers is leaking and that's never a good thing. We don't want a leaky bottle.

An Observation on an Age Old Question:



I mowed the lawn today, and after doing so I sat down and had a cold beer.

The day was really quite beautiful, and the drink facilitated some deep thinking on various topics.

Finally I thought about an age old question:

Is giving birth more painful than getting kicked in the nuts?

Women always maintain that giving birth is way more painful than a guy getting kicked in the nuts.

Well, after another beer, and some heavy deductive thinking, I have come up with the answer to that question.

Getting kicked in the nuts is more painful than having a baby; and here is the reason for my conclusion.

A year or so after giving birth, a woman will often say, "It might be nice to have another child."

On the other hand, you never hear a guy say, "You know, I think I would like another kick in the nuts."

I rest my case. Time for another beer.

Good morning, everyone.

I was having a lovely dream about sipping daiquiris on the beach on a hot summer day, when a certain someone woke me up and insisted we go out into the dark cold alley. Needless to say, we've already had our first nap of the day.

Hmmm, if I leave now to go to the grocery store for strawberries, I could have a daiquiri by noon.
