Club Q Q107-Loyalty Club (Southern ON Only) v4

Hope everyone enjoyed their day. :)

Brats and I spent the afternoon out in the sunshine again today. Have to get our doses of Vit D after all the cloudy days we've had.

Those who are off to see The Wizard - enjoy! I saw it when it was in previews and it was great (& I was never a fan of the movie :embarassed: ). "Toto" is definitely the star of the show, altho I still think it would have been more fun if Dorothy had shlepped a cat around for the duration. I think the hissing match between a feline Toto and the Cowardly Lion would make for a few memorable scenes ("Roar!" "Hiss, hiss, mrrrowrrr"). :P

Off to see all I missed in SC land.

My dad remarried 23 years ago.... my step sister asked me yesterday for "old" pictures of my dad (since my step mother and step sister didn't have many)... The kids and I had a great time yesterday going through our old photo albums (yes - real printed pictures) of when they were young.... Although it's a tough time, it's been really nice looking back at the albums and remembering dad in his healthy, energetic, independent days :)

I do not Think the ESC Clip is from this Selection.
There is too much Filter in the King Crimsom Keyboard, Altering the Tone.

The Clip is more... "Crisp".

Happy Caturday evening Q sters,
ran around this morning doing errands so i could spend the afternoon with mum. dad was there when i got there & mum had just finished eating her 1st solid meal of the day. the doctor had put mum on a liquid diet, soup, tea, water. looks like they're not going to do a colonoscopy. the doctor told my mum that it seems she has "a bug", not sure which one yet, but "a bug". he prescribed some antibotics. i have a difficult time believing that, but then, i'm not a doctor. as much as doing a colonoscopy is not the most "fun" proceedure, i think it would help eliminate any other possiblities. there was talk of mum going home tomorrow. she would probably feel much better at home, but i hoping it's not too soon & she doesn't end up back in emerge. she seemed much more chipper today then the last couple of days, which is good & as much as my dad "talks" a good "nice to be a bachelor again", i can tell he's missing mum.
hope everyone was able to get out in the sun & get their vitamin D. it was nice out.

after hubby's passing, we did the same thing with hubby's sisters. they brought over pictures of hubby & the rest of the family when they were young & it was very theraputic in helping the healing process for all of us. :sweet:

:yikes: I forgot (again) about turning the clocks forward... I guess we bottled too much wine the other night....

I posted a bunch of pics of my dad and my family on FB tonight... it will pretty much be the same pics that we show monday at the funeral home... I sent a message out to my nieces and nephews to please share what ever pics they have with my dad so that I can include them on the stick, but I really don't think I'll get much of a response.... I guess my kids will be the picture stars with my dad Monday....
