been a stupid busy week at work & it doesn't help that customers don't have all the info either. can't figure out when they've been in business for 10, 20 or longer years, that they still call in with incomplete info. we only ask them the same question numerous times each day & we still get, "i don't know", "does it make a difference" or "price me everything". wastes their time & ours. seems like it's happening more often these last couple of weeks. i think some are still living in the past when vehicles didn't have as many engine sizes or options on & the same part could be the same on the different models of the same manufacturer. not possible now a days where every vehicle is different & has so many options. you'd think they would have learned by now. i repeat the same questions so often, that i know what to ask before the computer does.
