Looks like I'm the only member on. It is a gorgeous day just in for a quick HELLO and I went by this morning to Jesters Yard Sale and finally met the famously witty and funny Jester. You are a wonderful man. An inspiration to us all. Well me anyway.Very glad to have met you. :sweet:Peace and Love. Have a wonderful weekend my Q friends.:hippie:

Whew! that was a hot day outside doing the yard sale. My s/daughter is a natural and between us we made over 150 bux and lots still left to sell/donate or throw. Met some interesting people and it was great to meet Spartacus who took the trouble to track us down - thank you for your lovely words and sure we shall meet again, young lady.
Hey Everyone!
Got back around 1:30 a.m. this morning, stayed as long as I could yesterday, really nice day (of course the one I was leaving on!) I told you I was trying to find a place for another few days in G.B. but no luck - the last time I checked my I pad was around 11 a.m. but someone did write back with a pretty good deal a couple hours after that - darn and I didn't know it until today!!! What crappy luck, a few were asking $450 for 2 nights and this one had one for $225 for 2 nights which I would have taken. What great weather we have now of course!!!! The woman I rented the place I was in got some people in to her place for Friday and Saturday and got $800 for it!!!!! we really lucked out and got it for much less for 5 nights!!!! It was a nice place though - thinking of going back in September, if she will still give us a deal
I too got tickets for the Sound Academy next week!, should be a great night of music and friends!!!!:-) Let's all try to make it! I know from experience the Q puts on a great summer bash - last year was fantastic - I too got in on the VIP experience!!!:-):top:
Night all.

Good morning all. Just got in from Rama. Saw a great concert, uh series of concerts. 5 acts in all; Canned Heat, Pat Travers, Rick Derringer, Edgar Winter, and Ten Years After. All were excellent, except sadly for Ten Years After. Their lead singer/guitarist totally butchered I'd Love To Change The World, one of my favorite songs. Nobody could do it like Alvin Lee. But saying that, bassist Leo Lyons saved the set. An amazing player! As for the other acts, they were all very impressive. They only played 3 or 4 songs each, but they covered all the classics. Winter did Frankenstein and Free Ride, Derringer did Rock and Roll Hoochie Koo and Hang On Sloopy, Canned Heat did Goin' Up The Country, and Travers did Snortin' Whisky and Boom Boom. In the words of Edgar Winter: KEEP ON ROCKIN’!!!!
Morning All
