Heck yes! So bloody cold. Wasn't sure the car would start after work today, I was facing away from the wind but still brrrrrrr.

apparently my sister & her daughter are stranded in Cuba. oh what a shame. told her that i trade places with her. i'd love to be stranded someplace warm & tropical.

Just in from a long and taxing day.
My left eye was bothering me so I went to the optometrist to have it checked out.
Turns out I have a partially detached retina, ended up at Sunnybrook.
Now have a bubble in my eye to apply pressure and hope it re-attaches.
Have to sleep sitting up for the next two nights, then have it checked out again Thursday.

Jeez mechman - you're really in the wars lately. Will you have to wear an eye patch; a wooden leg and have a parrot on your shoulder for a while? Seriously take it easy and wear a seatbelt while you sleep in that chair
