The fourth said, "You know how Mama loved reading the Bible and you know she can't read anymore because she can't see very well. I met this preacher who told me about a parrot who could recite the entire Bible. It took ten people almost 8 years to teach him. I had to pledge to contribute $50,000 a year for five years to the church, but it was worth it. Mama only has to name the chapter and verse, and the parrot will recite it." The other brothers were impressed. After the birthday celebration Mama sent out her "Thank You" notes. She wrote: "Milton, the house you built is so huge that I live in only one room, but I have to clean the whole house. Thanks anyway." "Marvin, I am too old to travel. I stay home; I have my groceries delivered, so I never use the Mercedes. The thought was good. Thanks." Chocolate Mousse Martini with Fresh Strawberries

Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
2 tbsp (30 mL) water
3/4 cup (175 mL) SPLENDA^® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
8 oz (227 g) dark chocolate, chopped
1 quart (1 litre) reduced fat whipped cream
1 cup (250 mL) strawberries
1 sprig of mint
Directions

PLACE the egg yolks and water in a mixing bowl over a pot of water or use a double boiler on medium-low heat for about 3 minutes – continually whisk. Be careful not to scramble the eggs. Add 4 tablespoons SPLENDA^® Granulated and whisk until pale yellow and fluffy. Remove from heat and set aside.

PLACE the chocolate in a separate double boiler on low heat until the chocolate is melted

MIX the egg whites in a mixing bowl at high speed until fluffy. Set aside.

BLEND the reduced fat whipped cream and the remaining 4 tablespoons of SPLENDA^® Granulated in a mixing bowl.

FOLD all ingredients until well incorporated.

REFRIGERATE before serving.

PLACE the strawberries in the bottom of the martini glass, cover with mousse, and place a strawberry on top with a mint leaf for garnish. Serve immediately.
