Original recipe was 2010, so I have made it several times.
The recipe says 30 minutes at 425, far too smokey!
I do 375 for about an hour, checking in the centre of one of the loins with a meat thermometer.
You need at least a pound of thick cut bacon plus 3 or 4 extra slices to do the weave properly, 15 to 20 slices!
