Happy Sunday evening Q'Bees!
The H-Team and I enjoyed a fabulous time in NYC and we arrived
home safely late this am.
We went on some great tours and even go to have lunch at one
of the first Pizzeria's in New York who also were the ones that invented
Spumoni ice-cream. It was news to me to find out that the real
Spumoni didn't have strawberry in it. It was Almond, Pistachio & Chocolate!
We also enjoyed real Siciliean pizza- and it had no toppings on it.
It was excellent and very filling.

I am running on almost empty... and am forcing myself to stay awake
so that a little later I can sleep through to the am and get up for work.
Was busy with laundry from my trip, an then of course the linens
and other things from around here were looked after.
I had no desire to go out for breakfast or dinner.....
The H team is very patient. We schlepped by subway down to
China town yesterday, and it was mobbed... and very very hot outside.
A friend of mine had asked me to pick something up there...
and that in itself is another story which is far too long to go into.
We did head uptown to Macy's where we came across wooden escallators!
They were from the original Macy's store in the very early days.

Happy Belated birthday Lee03! :flowers:
I hope you enjoyed a very special birthday on Friday
may the year ahead be one to remember!:sweet:
Thank you for the trivia answers and for all the notes and reps.
I tried repping and was told to spread it around.
I tried to buy tickets through Q's presale that ended at 6 PM.
When I got on the Massey Hall website, I was told there was no promotion
or presale, and I had to buy an annual subscription in order to buy tickets
for 1 concert.
Was anyone able to purchase tickets through the presale?
I hate to break it to you babygirl, ..
The Naked Cowboy was good from far but far from good....
He had no muscles and didn't work out... no definition in his arms... etc.
We also saw quite a few 'Elmos' in costume. We we told by our tour guide that are good Elmos
and a bad Elmos....
We met Spiderman who was dressed up in costume.... and had nothing on underneath...
Thankfully he had something on the lower portion of his costume that
covered him...:omg::zip:
I am off to bed....
Sleep well everyone:sweet:
