Good afternoon. Was nervous about going for tests at Sunnybrook today. It had been almost 15 years since I last left and swore I would never go back. But getting stuck in traffic made it slip from my mind. And it was just for a simple dye CT scan. It went quick and they were very nice, but found myself racing to get out.

Loocie – two days of birthdays are good, this can be the warm up!

This is even more evidence and higher doses. The "Matcha green tea" powder and traditional whisking with 80C and you get way more of the good stuff!
I knew the 80C because tea kettles provided in Japanese hotels have two temperature settings, but not the powder.

So now, where do I get my kit?
