    2015 Ghost

Under the hood, there are no changes to the Ghost for its Series II incarnation. The same 6.6-liter twin-turbocharged V-12 engine gently emanates the same 563 horsepower and 575 pound-feet of torque. In the Ghost’s 5,445-pound frame (or 5,556-pound in extended-wheelbase form), that’s still abundant power. Acceleration from 0-60 mph happens in just 4.8 seconds, a 0.2-second improvement from the last Ghost despite the same power output.

What is new with the drivetrain is the transmission, or rather, its programming. The eight-speed automatic now features Satellite Aided Transmission technology, allowing the Ghost Series II to predictively select gears based on the road’s bends and rises. This smooths out the driving and yields an even more serene experience.

Mumty Dumpty had a great fall

    Cursed bl
ack ice - the kween elected to walk Baxter this morning as it looked nice out and it was after 9 a.m.
She only got half a block and wiped out on the sidewalk (only looked wet) She couldn't get up and was laying in an icy puddle with what felt like a dislocated shoulder. Luckily a couple driving by stopped to help her up and one of them came to get me. We went to East General and almost 4 hours later I brought her home again in a sling and the X-rays seemed to suggest no break and she thought she felt everything crunching back into place while we were in the various waiting rooms. She's just sore now; but the huge pain has seemingly dissipated.
They were very nice at EGH but I still really dislike being in any hospital (no doubt everyone's the same)
They were saying that today they had so many patients who did the slip and fall.

Andit; I'm sure all will go well, and this will be the last one. Enjoy being spoiled for the next few days.

OMG - I'm so glad nothing's broken !! She's going to be really sore later I'd think.
She was lucky that couple stopped to help her. All my best to her.
I just came back from walking Jake. There was only one spot that was still icy, but I sure watched every single step. It can be so treacherous.

    Subject: Fwd: Police Work
Two policemen (Constable Ken and Bob) call the station on the radio.
    "Hello. Is that the Sarge?"
    "Yes?"
"We have a case here. A woman has shot her husband for stepping on the floor she had just mopped clean."
    "Have you arrested the woman?"
"No sir. The floor is still wet."
