you can pretty much add just a tablespoon or two to your favourite shortbread recipe :)
1 pound unsalted butter
1 c rice flour
1 c fruit sugar
3 c flour
2 tbsp macha
cream butter until fluffy. add fruit sugar by teaspoon, stirring well after each addition. combine rice flour and flour. add to butter mixture.
make into two balls.
refrig overnight.
sprinkle icing sugar and flour onto pastry board. roll dough into 1/4" thickness. cut, prick with fork.
place on ungreased cookie sheet.
