Hello there Neon. It has been a very long time. Glad to see you still Shine On!
Good morning, everyone. :)
The concerts yesterday were amazing (as always!). :)
Lily dog and I spent and hour this morning spying on the new neighbours. A pair of Canada geese were rather upset that anyone would disturb them - good thing we were on the other side of the chain link fence. Poor construction workers were not so lucky. I suspect there will be a delay building the PanAm Welcome Centre, at least until the geese get bored and move on. :P
Better get myself ready & run out to the store for a missing item (why is it there is always ONE ingredient I don't have when I plan on making something?) before the rain starts.
Hope everyone has a wonderful day. :)
RUSH IN NEW ORLEANS!!!! How fun would that be?
Thanks SOOO much.

Big Congrats to Marlene of Brampton for winning The Who trip.
Good morning. Don’t care how many times you do it, but being stuffed in a tube with no room to move and told not to move for I guess was 30 minutes was no fun. Even if you’re only slightly claustrophobic, all you want to is get the hell out.The heart version is better than the brain one as don’t strap you head down. I think they determined I do have a heart and it can’t too bad as they sent me home. Now I just have to wait and see if I need the roto router! The wife and I spent Saturday morning at Ripley’s Aquarium and it was a lot of fun and interesting, after that we walked up Yonge to Carlton to an Irish pub for Lunch and few pints before heading to see the World Curling Players Championship semi finals at the Mattamy Center in the old Maple Leaf Gardens. The punishment for all that fun was raking all yesterday afternoon. Thanks for all the Who songs all week and good luck for the RUSH tickets.
Hteam – hope the treatment works
Karl congrats on the new blue
Argo – the Intel Core is the processor of the computer, the two main manufactures are Intel and AMD. When I built mine, and because of how I was using mine I determined that Intel was better for me.The processor basically controls the speed for the computer. Most new computer with Intel should have i7 processor, but there are a lot of different i7 chips. Along with a good processor you want a decent amount of Ram memory to keep graphics smooth and quick. My son who is gamer loves his Lenovo. The problem with some of the basic Dells and HP’s are that they are integrated and if something goes the machine is toast.A machine that is upgradable allows you to upgrade or change a faulty part.
good morning :flowers:
since i have lived in northern scarborough - above sheppard ave
every so often, have noticed the changes in the wild life.
20 years ago i used to see warblers - barely do now.
5 ish years ago saw foxes which i had never seen before.
one who almost came up the front lawn to met the
crazy/maddy cat.
now a groundhog? always have racoons of course, but the
changes in what was the norm and now isn't - i notice.
extra special - kite hawk drank from the bird bath -
have never seen one of those - huge birds (15-20 pounds)
offered a couple of these crazy cats,,, but darn still have them.

Remember the Warden Bus & Warden subway the coldest & breeziest subway station in the world.....bus at platform, you run like hell, you get there to see your bus just leaving. You buy a magazine from Garfield & maybe a treat from Laura Secord.
