I wish I were sipping this afternoon - maybe I would have felt better.... I'm coming down with a cold and have felt crappy all day.... I just poured myself a glass of red wine and I'm going to bed very soon.... we have our annual street party tomorrow night, and I want to be half alive for it.... lol...

Hope everyone had a wonderful day.

My friend is still in limbo, last I heard she was still waiting (but that was a while ago, so things might have progressed by now).

The treat dispensers came over to have lunch with us (yes, they brought food, yippee! ). I took them to the airport (woohoo, I have wheels for a couple of weeks!), then spent over an hour trying to get back home (congestion + construction + collision = lots of time wasted). I think my stress has infected them. My Mom (Mrs check everything 3 times, then recheck, unlike her daughter who she feels the need to remind of these important things constantly) forgot her passport. So, while I was trying to get downtown, they took a cab to Scarboro & back. Here's hoping the wonky start bodes for a perfect trip.

Trying to figure out whether I can go to a friend's birthday party tomorrow - between stressing & taking care of 2 households (well, now a third), my energy is shot. Hmm, shot, er, shots. Might have to raid my folks' liquor cabinet (I used up the last of the booze in my baking).

Better go do some things around here, before calling it a night. My friend's gang gets up at the crack of dawn & need to be tended to earlier than I'd like.

I was horrified the first time and every time after this ad is shown.
My daughter mutes the sound or changes the channel whenever it appears
I have no idea who they surveyed for this shoot or if they actually did....
however, I do not know anyone woman who behaves in this manner.
I looked for the actual clip and could not find it.

OMG that is just really gross... I complain constantly about the amount of laundry I do... but re-wear underwear....eeeekkkkk. I'm gonna show that to hubbie cause he gets mad that I change all the beds everyday!!!!
