Ontario Will Allow Sale of Wine In 300 Grocery Stores

Ontario plans to double the number of stores where wine will be sold, starting with about 70 supermarkets by this fall. Sources say Premier Kathleen Wynne will visit a Toronto supermarket this morning to announce that imported and domestic wines will be sold at up to 150 grocery stores across the province. Another 150 existing wine stores that are currently just outside a grocery store checkout will be permitted to move inside the store and share the checkout.

Pick-and-Pay Cable Service Takes Effect In Two Weeks

A friendly reminder from the CRTC to television service providers – they have to let their subscribers know about the new pay and pick system by the end of this month and which options they’ll have starting March 1. The new setup sees basic cable packages being offered at no more than $25 a month and an a-la-carte system, where customers can tailor their channel selections.

Bettman Upholds Wideman's 20-Game Suspension

NHL commissioner Gary Bettman has upheld a 20-game suspension to Calgary Flames defenceman Dennis Wideman for physical abuse of an official in a detailed, 23-page decision. The NHLPA responded by announcing that it will appeal Bettman’s ruling to a neutral arbitrator.

Good morning all.

Me, I said I was really tired yesterday, well I guess I was. I fell asleep about 8 last night, and slept till 8:30 this morning. 12 and 1/2 hours - wow. :)

Today is my last day of in-home physio, which I've been getting for 6 weeks now. Starting next week, it's venturing out to a clinic. Oh boy. (sarcasm)

Good morning, everyone. :)

Brats woke me up early to play. Needless to say, they're napping now, or pretending to, in order to get out of helping. Been trying to catch up on housework. Blech. Oh well, small price to pay for having fun. ;)

Have another round of theatre tonight & company coming tomorrow. Lily dog will be in heaven. :P

Better get back to the not-so-fun chores.
