Watching the Rugby World Cup on TSN2. Those Tonga boys are a scary bunch. Not a neck between them.
Don't know if anyone noticed but on the UK Classical Rock Blog they posted a video of some chimps coming out of a research lab after 30 years:omg: IT is the first time they have experienced sunshine!!!!!:omg:I don't know but it doesn't make me feel very good, just the thought of those poor animals being locked up for soooo many years is absolutely horrible:bawling::bawling::bawling::bawling:
It is disgusting what we do to animals, really it is.
Sorry to be a bummer but that just got me thinking.....
Anyways, I'm out of here to enjoy some sunshine myself - at least I have the freedom to do it when I want to......
I bought a "new" van in May and it was long overdue for an oil change, so I decided to take a "lunch" today and bring it to the Meineke by work... Anyway, I was sitting in my van the parking lot waiting for them to bring my van in and "catching up" on SC... good thing there wasn't anyone around me because I was balling watching this.... thanks so much Cassie!!! this is so nice..... I can relate both ways - to my mom and to my daughter.... :cry:
Afternoon All!
Beach Brekkie was wonderful - good food, good show (especially when they were off air) and as already stated earlier, the pièce de résistance was reconnecting with/meeting fellow SCers.
When Mo mentioned that our meal was like Food , she wasn't kidding. Extremely good eats with American sized portions. I ended up giving Hubby half of mine - well, let me amend that - he got my back bacon and all but one of my sausages. I, however, coveted my waffles! (and I hate to say I couldn't even finish those!)
And Loocie - saw your comments on the pic. I agree - but let me just tell you; the canine contingent look even better in person. Can you believe it??
If you said something to Rick Perry and he didn't quite hear you, would he say "Pardon?"
:shrug::shrug::shrug:
Heading out shortly.
Have a great weekend all.
