Jian Ghomeshi was acquitted of all charges against him on Thursday, including four counts of sexual assault and one of overcoming resistance by choking. In reading of his verdict, Justice Horkins pointed to issues of credibility in all three complainants’ testimonies. saying navigating the system is quite simple: “You tell the truth, whole truth, nothing but truth.” Horkins said that each complainant was less than “full, frank and forthcoming” in the information they provided to media, police, counsel and the court. He said it was “impossible” to conclude that the witnesses were credible.



​The Crown & witnesses bombed out big time. I think Jian Ghomeshi has a sinister aura & he is a major creep. Too bad this was a done deal from the get go. The Judge made a logical decision based on all the evidence & testimony presented. I doubt you'll see the Crown appeal. There is going to be protests over this one.

While GnR fans have been super hyped over the possibility of a full blown reunion tour it appears Axl may have another gig he’s focusing on. Reports online indicate it’s all but a done deal that Axl Rose will be the one to fill in for Brian Johnson on the rest of the ACDC tour.
You’ll recall ACDC postponed their tour this month and said they would likely hire a guest vocalist as Brian Johnson was at risk of completely losing his hearing if he kept performing.
A radio host in Atlanta, where AC/DC stopped its tour, said that he spotted Axl Rose in the city and that he was practicing with the band.
“It’s all but a done deal that Axl will front AC/DC for the 10 remaining shows” Jason Bailey said on station WNNX.
Yesterday, Malcolm Young’s son, Ross Malcolm Young shared a news story about the rumored Rose-AC/DC hookup on Facebook.

Some places don't look real - almost like pictures from a set or a storybook; however this pretty German town Rothenburg is just like this picture. We stayed there a few years ago when we did some extensive European travelling. It was gorgeous.

I am watching CP24 and they said a man was shot at Carlaw Ave. and Queen St. E. around 10 pm last night. The guy died in the hospital. That is just a block away from where I live. I'm freaked out. I might even have known him. They didn't give his name yet. I guess I'll find out when I go out. I didn't hear a thing. But you always hear sirens down here.

i agree the witnesses appeared to be in collusion and destroyed their own testamonies. it's too bad because he's obviously guilty.

He is a creep, no F'n doubt!
But what is he guilty of? Please to define the law?

He is up again on a workplace harassment case, that should be fun this summer...
How does that witness stand up to full scrutiny?


He is definitely a creep, just not yet criminal.
