CLUB Q PRESALE: COMFORTABLY NUMB

This is such an amazing show, saw it last year at The Opera House and would love to see it again. Although it's not one of my favorite venues, having to stand for the whole 3 hour show, but the band is surperb! I would recommend it to any Pink Floyd fan.

Hope everyone is keeping well. I have a question to throw out to everyone-we are headed out to a 60th b-day party for a friend of mine on Saturday and I am usually really organized with gifts but this one is stumping me. I want a really memorable gift that isnt going to cost me a fortune, any ideas? What have you gotten in the past for milestone b-days that were inspired and appreciated? Let me know if you have any ideas as I am totally at a loss, I guess I can always just get a gift card forsomewhere but I wanted something more personal-thanks in advance Q-bees, have a great thirsty thursday...

If your friend is in the habit of taking a wee dram now and then, then I would suggest a really nice bottle of scotch or wine, depending on the the person's preference

i'm with TO_Harley on the gift idea. wine, spirits, liqueur, whatever their favourite beverage might be. if they're into plays or theatre, a gift certificate to pick out their favourite show. male friend, possibly a round of golf at his favourite course or if female, a spa day.

Finally the bonus code is out but I guess it won't work until later today. Just tried it with no luck.

I would have said wine, a nice one from the Vintage section but the Heart and Stroke Calendar idea is great!

that's a get idea, not only do they get a calendar, but all kinds of chances every day/month to win money. they'll really remember you if they win.

It is Thursday and my mom arrives tomorrow evening.
Ever since my daughter was born almost 17 years ago, my parents
would come for a visit for her birthday. My mom has continued the
tradition even after my dad passed away, Nov 19 1999.
We also have a portrait done of my daughter on her birthday, along
with us and grandma. This year my mother in law will join us too.
What grandmas do not know is that my daughter is having a small
gathering of friends Saturday night......
Actually they are good kids. I hope they stay like that Saturday night.

Work is busy busy.... and the cats were playing a type of hide and seek in
my office earlier... Lucky doesn't realize how quick Devo is. Sometimes I forget too.
One of her favorite places to sleep in on my dining room table...
When I find her there, I tell her not a good idea....
As if she cares..... She came from a small apartment before and here
she has so many other places to explore and still ends up on the
dining room table

I wish everyone good luck winning a trip.....
