It was a crazy busy day for me at w*rk today but I tried to pop in with pf passwords when I heard them..... my daughter is going in for a surgery tomorrow afternoon, so I'll be off work for the next two days.... I'm bringing my laptop with me thought, so I will try to stay on top of things!!

Back from having the train tracks removed. Dropped my daughter off at school & the rain started 1/2hr later. With the boss at w*rk & the kids at school I have no compaints!

I bet you've dusted from top to bottom & had the vaccum out,

You've been going thru all the cookbooks & have a dinner plan in place,
When the boss gets home from w*rk, there will be a smile upon her face,

Hope everyone is having fun & staying dry (rain on & off where I am).

The dentist was blech, but the non-stop personal chef & valet service at the treat dispensers' made up for it. Critters & I are now on a diet (they'll find out in an hour when they get half rations).

Esteemed chef Matt Kantor and BBQ champ Jason Rees collaborate on a deliciously hush-hush six-course meal.

Everyone likes to joke about the growing exclusivity of Toronto’s best foodie events, butMuskoka Brewery isn’t kidding about the secrecy of their Hidden Kitchen series. These epic multi-course feasts are set in a secret location that’s revealed only to attending guests the day before the event. One month ago, we were granted access to the Hidden Kitchen they held in a fourth floor loft on somewhere on Adelaide. The central ingredient was sturgeon, and from the photos, the meal looked delectable.
This Thursday’s dinner promises to be possibly even more mouth-watering: the theme is Southern BBQ.
Chef Matt Kantor teams up with competitive BBQ champion Jason Rees to craft a meal that promises “loaded plates of the best smoky meat,” along with sides of okra, cornbread, the complete range of Muskoka’s brews, and even some bluegrass music as accompaniment. Regardless of where it is, it sounds like an awfully good time.
