    Froze the Fillets in a Block of Seasoned Water.

    The view from the office ... that's the Burj Khalifa and the high-rent district in the background. The Burj is half again as tall as the CN Tower. We are in an industrial area, as you can see, near the airport. Kinda like Disco Road in Rexdale, but with shawarma instead of veal sandwiches.

    It's almost always sunny, but also almost always dusty. It's too bad I didn't take this photo yesterday, it had rained a bit overnight and the air was crystal clear. Even when I was out on the offshore platform the air was dusty from the prevailing wind across the desert.
