Good snowy morning to everyone-hope your day is a good one

Mornin Q-sters,

I'm sure someone will agree with me when I say 'ow.' Shoveled more of that white stuff last night before it got dark out in front of the vehicles so mum could get out, especially since the plow had come by again and dumped rock hard crap into it. Neighbor sent her kid over to help me with that part, lol. It looks pretty but that's about all the good its doing now. And someone is about to end up in jail in a moment.

Good morning, everyone.

Had a phone/internet/cable outage yesterday, so felt like I was living in isolation. The construction was interfering with the radio signal, so didn't even have that. Thank goodness I had power, or I would really have felt like I was living in the dark ages. On the plus side, I got some reading done the old fashioned way.

So, uh, just how bad ARE those roads?

was looking around and of course saw this:
chicago in 1967 they were trying to leave southbound
lake shore drive, when the big storm came.
and so are stuck on the exit ramp.

this reminds of what i saw when i went out to the birdfeeder,





poor cedar here was bent over as bad, and although i tried,
i'm afraid about it, never did get back up.

some shrubs doing a little better but geee it is a heavy snow.
i see my russian olive tree is now really bent - sighing.



so of course i didn't even try to shovel, ppphhhtttt.
is terribly wicked out there and nippy too

Just a little dusting of snow this morning.

oh this is interesting, guessing someone called someone.
plows now in the little crescent
neighbours were peeved about plows putting snow (big time)
on their sidewalks, eeekkk now yelling and pointing.

long long time ago for some reason the drain basin for the crescent
moved up on to their lawn,, been an awful mess ever since.
one year i got a huge truck in here to break up the ice rink.
