Hey, I am very happy to share the I will be going to see Cat Stevens - Yusuf Islam at Massey Hall in December. I have a friend who was far more successful with Ticketmaster than I was........Lucky me I am so happy!

I think it is going to be a beautiful day. Loocie is going Girlin' this afternoon, so I have a couple of things in the kitchen to do. My friend has a husband who is away for the weekend & when you have a house free from husbands, it is the perfect combination & atmosphere for Ladies to gather.

Up extra extra early for some reason. Brats are still in bed, so I have to type quietly. Still have to make the spinach dip, but I won't start on that until everyone's up...don't want to take a chance that someone will get hurt racing to the kitchen.

I woke up extra early (at 5:30 am) too and couldn't fall back to sleep... The nice part was that I was able to enjoy the sunrise and witness some "Earth " with my very own eyes... @The Jester . The last time I saw a sunrise was a very long time ago when I stayed up all night!!

That's great news Loocie. I'm hoping to go. I asked for 2 tickets to Cat Stevens for my birthday which is a week from this Monday. Crossing my fingers. Have an AWESOME time.

I SillyLoocie love your pictures Lee. They remind me of being a little kid & looking out the front window at the cottage & the beautiful colours in the sunrise. The reflection in the lake, the way it bounced off the trees. Something peaceful about it.

As for the part of being aroused - it would depend on who was watching the sunrise with me.

I struck out on the Cat Stevens tickets yesterday, I hope KT had better luck.
