That first song reminded me of a post I put together almost 2 years ago when I reworked the lyrics to The Weight and honoured certain members of our illustrious thread

I've tried reworking it again and let's see how it goes:

I just needed someplace to get my lyrics read.

She just grinned,sent me a J, “right here!” was what she said.

And… the rhyme it sounds right to me.



Picked up my pen, went lookin’ for a rhyme to write

When I saw ecat & Mechman walking side by side

She said,”Hey Mechman, come on let’s go downtown”

He said “I won’t go; cos my BBQ might cause a frown”

Slow down Ms. Andi, you’ll give yourself a pain

It’s just your thespian friends; seems they're acting up again.
