Blue Jays close out homestand with loss to Angels

The Blue Jays limped out of their three game series with the Angles yesterday -- an 8-1 loss at Rogers Centre. Toronto will try and bounce back tonight with a stop in Philadelphia for the first of three games.

This seems an obvious one; celebrate Wine Day by pouring yourself and your friends a glass or two! Good morning fellow Canucks!

Sad to hear that Andy Frost is leaving Q. I always liked his voice. It was cool and concise.

I am still on the fence with the new guy, Colter. There is something about his voice, but I'm not sure what it is that I am not liking.

I hope Joanne stays. I still enjoy her show very much. Everything always seems to be positive and happy with her voice while we are toiling away at work.

I wasn't happy when they let Al & Scholes go, but I guess they came to the end of their contracts & Q wasn't going to renew them. Same with Andy, his is now done, so he's gone. My next door neighbor works for Corus & I was asking him if he knew what was happening at Q. He mentioned that Q was trying to get everyone to listen, hence the new DJ's & all the music that Q is playing now, that they never use to play at all. Their trying to after some of the younger crowd. Not sure when Jo's contract is up, but could get interesting. Al & Andy use to fill in for the other DJ's when they went on holidays, so not sure who's going to cover those jobs now. Can see Kolter doing an all day shift. As it is he's doing Jo's & his shift today.
