Forgot to mention yesterday that while at the Jays game, I was sitting beside the Canadian Tire dude, Gary & his son. Very nice person. They both enjoyed the game. Today's game was more of a slug fest, opposed to the pitcher's dual of yesterday.

Last five years been so hard not having my Dad around for those special occasions..especially when your only daughter ..yes !! I sure was dad’s little girlie

Good morning my Q friends. Happy Caturday
It's still going to be tough with this cast. I can only rest my foot on the ground but not put too much pressure on it. So I'm learning how to use a cane. I will still use my wheelchair when going out anywhere.. I'm still not allowed to drive which is a drag. The Doc has givin me 5 exercises to do 3 times a day to help heal my ankle. It's still frustrating getting around. Patience is a virtue.

Hope the Dad’s and other father figures had a wonderful day.Its been over 30 years since my own Dad passed and that loss is something I will always feel.
My day was very special with my three girls coming over to make a delicious brunch and watch some World Cup soccer. I feel blessed.
