5 injured, including 3 children, in crash on Hwy. 401

Five people, including three children, were injured following a three-vehicle crash on Highway 401 in Toronto. The collision happened around 12:45 am Monday in the eastbound collector lanes near Leslie. Toronto paramedics said one child under the age of two was rushed to a trauma centre in serious condition and two other children were taken to hospital with minor injuries. Authorities said two adults, women in their 50s and 60s, were also transported to hospital with minor injuries. OPP closed the section of highway for their investigation but the lanes were reopened at 6 a.m.

Ex-Ottawa Senators goalie Ray Emery dies in drowning accident in Hamilton

A heart breaking story from the NHL world -- retired goalie Ray Emery has died. Police confirm he drowned in Lake Ontario near his hometown of Hamilton yesterday. Police say Emery dove off a boat to go swimming Sunday morning and didn't resurface. His body was recovered about eight hours later. Emery played for several teams during his 11 years in the NHL, winning the William M. Jennings Trophy and the Stanley Cup -- with the Chicago Blackhawks in 2013. He was just 35 years of age.

I have never heard of the game Touch and Go, but I do know the song Touch & Go by The Cars. That must have been around 1981, I would have been 15.

I have been to Copenhagen back in 1975 when I was a kid. But this is the first time my wife and son have been to Europe. We are also taking my 86 year old mom, who is still vertical and she really wants to see these places while she can still walk.
