Unless something happens in the 3rd period to ignite the Flames, it looks like they will be hitting the golf course tomorrow. They're down 4-1 with 2mins to go in the 2nd.

The Flames are the 1st Canadian team to be ousted from the playoffs, losing to the Avs 5-1 last night. They lost their series 4-1. Tonight could see the ousting of the 2nd Canadian team, if the Jet don't win in St Louis. They are down 3-2 in their series. Hoping they can tir this up & force a game 7.
Also playing tonight are the Caps & Canes & Star & Preds. their series tied at 2 a piece.
Leafs have a good chance of eliminating Boston, Sunday night at home, after winning their game last night.

Significant rainfall continues today.

Periods of rain will become heavier once again early this morning. Additional rainfall amounts of 15 to 25 mm are possible by this evening. The higher rainfall amounts are expected over Southwestern Ontario. Rain will taper off to drizzle this evening.

Although the ground is generally no longer frozen, it will still have a limited ability to absorb this rainfall. As a result, some ponding of water is possible in low-lying areas.

The rainfall warning criterion of 50 millimetres of rain within 24 hours is not expected to be reached.

If you're talking about the Leafs game, no. No goalie interference. If you're talking about the Flames/Avs game, yes there was & Flames goal was not allowed. I think that made a big difference in their playing. Didn't matter what they did, refs weren't on their side last night.

Well the 2nd Canadian team just got knocked out in the playoffs. Blues beat the Jets 3-2, sending them home to hit the golf course.
Dallas went up 3-2 over the Preds this afternoon.
Caps up 3-0 over the Canes in the 2nd.
