i'm wondering why gift exchange trains need to be moderated like this?
@anawhatmes: What happened was (earlier this year) people were joining many trains (like 2 - 3 package trains) and then not sending out their gifts. Many people were screwed over by people who joined too many trains and then either couldn't or wouldn't fulfill their obligations by sending out their package etc. Jezz's job is to make sure only 1 or 2 trains are running, and to make sure that the people participating in those trains have enough of a rating / are reliable:)
