best place to use FPC

hi all,
just want to know where is the best store to use FPC? do they all charge tax?

I work for Zehrs and we take off tax if coupon is for free product. Not sure if all Loblaws Corp. Stores do this. I know the Walmart her has you pay the taxes. I had to go to customer service to have an error fixed so I asked and she told me that in Ontario the tax HAS to be paid even I'd a product is free. I think it must depend on the company.

but if you are in Toronto area then the loblaws may have the same policy since they are owned by the same company

Yes I think most Loblaws Companies do..I usually use FPC at Fortinos and they take all the tax off

if you have a SPC you get 10% off @ Zellers and the overage applies toward your other items
