Hi,
I recently got by Brandsaver.ca coupons and was just reading the fine print and it states...
"Limit one coupon per purchase of products and quantities stated.Use of more than one manufacturer coupon per product is strictly prohibited.Valid in Canada only."
So my interpretation would be that it cant be stacked anymore?
Has anyone stacked with these coupons?

I can only assume based on the fact that London Drugs has their own method of allowing customers to use more than one coupon per item which doesn't seem to adhere to the traditional standards of coupon usage, so I doubt it will be affected by this. If that were the case london drugs could potentially lose a lot of business.

I did not see this in the fine print and stacked them at London Drugs no problem.

Ya i am a bit confused about this aswell...The old coupons did not state that you couldnt use more than one manuf. coupon, just that you couldnt use the SAME coupon per item...where as the new ones state it is PROHIBITED. I find all the wording very un clear, so my hopes are that London Drugs continues to accept the P&G coupons for stacking!

I used some today at two different LD's and had no problems
The cashiers did not read the fine print though.

My LD mgr told me last week that P&G was changing their wording so that coupon stacking wouldn't be allowed... so be prepared. I noticed that some of the SS and RP coupons say only 1 manufacturer coupon etc.

Here's another thread on this..

The change in wording is new to the P&G coupons...if you are being allowed to stack with these it probably won't last long...Ld will no longer be stacking P&G coupons (at least not the ones with the new wording, not sure about the other ones)...it may vary from store to store when exactly it will take effect. There has been meetings with P&G over this, and they want stacking stopped - it's not in Ld hands.

I find this batch of P&G coupons are very specific, I am so glad I used up all of my old one and got the deodorants that I want...YAY..I hope thay don't start making it harder for us to use coupons. I love see your brags from LD.

I used a ton of P&G coupons at LD and stacked quite a few yesterday and the CS didn't even look at the wording just the amount. This was in Sherwood Park.
I did notice the change in wording but thought I would give it a try. The worst they can say is no. Although that would be pretty sad and I might cry.
It is awesome that LD allows stacking I hope with the new P&G wording this does not change. I was able to get $50 worth of products there yesterday and only paid $4 (half of which was tax).
I always find it helpful to ask the CS my questions about coupons BEFORE I start my shopping so then I don't end up putting a bunch of stuff in my basket that I can't buy.
Good luck. Happy stacking.

I do find the wording very restricting on alot of the new P&G coupons.
I am also sad to see they added a size restriction now to the satin care shave gel - no more travel size which was a better bang for your buck.
And yes I find it a bit ridiculous that with the $3 WUB2 you can only get the cucumber aloe deo. Thankfully as well I am stocked for deodorant.

Ugh - I hope that they will still take them. For some reason the Winnipeg store seems to be the most strict about reading the coupons and rejecting the "cannot be combined" ones.
Have any Winnipeggers received and used the brandsaver.ca coupons to stack at our LD???

I just came from LD and they would NOT take the new ones. If your store still is, it's not going to last long, as LD will not be reimbursed the money if the coupons are used improperly. They are going to lose a TON of money if staff are allowing them. Kelowna is a for sure NO as of an hour ago! Serious Bummer!

Same thing here Janelle. We were told no. I did notice though, my pamper coupons, training pants and wipes did not come with the new wording, but the coupons came with the new coupons! I'm happy about that. Hoping things will change in time.
I wrote to P&G, may not be the best idea, but what do we have to lose. I also wrote to TLC and am boycotting their station b/c of that stupid show. It is not helping people save money, it is preventing people from saving money.
My complaint to P&G was more people use the coupons to benefit their community than to just hoard products for themselves. It was nice to still be able to give back to my community when normally or "new" budget (since the recession) would not allow us to. I listed some of the places we were helping, stating these places are often forgotten by big cooporations like P&G, and how disappointed I am with P&G making it even more difficult to help donating to a cause.
lol I guess I like to get the last word in.
I'll see if I get a response Monday...I'm sure if I do I'll be responding to that email
