UGGHHH!, not sure if in right forum, but here goes nothing. I just finished e-mailing P&G about how i feel it's unfair that a lot of the freebies and giveaways on facebook are not open to residents of Canada. Why shouldn't we be able to enjoy all these promos as well! Is our loyalty and money not as valuable as Americans!!! Do we not deserve to be treated fairly. They are not the only guilty company either but i started here because i saw that Bounty is doing $5 fridays and wanted to post a comment but i had to give my credit card info.....don't think so, so that made me even madder. Anways that's the short of it, I'm waiting to hear thier response ....I'll let you know

I agree that it sucks that we don't get freebies in Canada. Especially since there is a P&G plant in my own city (Belleville, Ontario).

It's all a money thing, and Canada will never have the population that they have in the US, thus we will never get equal treatment from any of the manufactures. I am a Celiac, thus have been gluten free for over 20 years. When I travel to the states in the winter I buy Gluten free Bisquick and it is one of the best products for Celiacs that I have tried in a long time. We cannot get it here, when I inquired to Betty Crocker, the said, we will be bringing Chex Cereal (which is also gluten free) to Canada but at this point have no plans to bring Bisquick. What??????????? So, suck it up, we will be treated as second to the US for a long time!
We all need a little sunshine every now and then

Chantel - i was on the bounty facebook page and even for me to post a comment they wanted my credit card info ...... how that has anything to do with posting a comment is beyond me. So i tried the P&G facebook page and same thing......so i decided to write the company itself and express my opinion.
hollyqaiscer, not that i'm expecting a lot like I said it's a rant, but i feel better just the whole thing with facebook really annoyed me.....you need my credit info for what purpose exactly? just so i can post acomment, I don't think so!!!

P&G USA & P&G Canada are totally seperate companies.
PG Canada gives better samples & often has higher valued coupons.
And there is no way P&G would ask for a credit card on FB. I think you must be looking as a scam page.

I did & I could post a comment.
Nowhere do I see it asking for a credit card.

its insulting, I am so tired of us funding the American companies yet its like we are not even valued. Plus we are sometimes charged more than the product is priced there. I'm tired of being an American junior. I've often fantasized about Canada and the U.S. merging into one country. (haha as unpatriotic as that is!) It would be a lot simpler than having so many rules and we would be recognized at least. I am so jealous of the U.S. (But not of their healthcare)

Sometimes I feel like it is because we Canadians pay so much for their products that the companies can offer the US the best deals. Anybody ever feel this way?
