i'm trying to be as frugal as possible with my consumption!

the thing that is really crappy is that the lowest rate these days is pretty much what the old all-around-the-clock rate was a few months ago.

if you want to stay in the green you have to now do laundry and dishes before 7am or after 9pm. it is a little unrealistic in some situations

in Ontario the green rate is from 7pm - 7am weekdays, so starting the laundry and dishwasher isn't so bad at 7pm...

i got the insert with my last bill, it is 7pm now for the winter months. apparently they started this in nov.

thank GOODNESS, i was going bonkers with 9pm laundry and dishwashing! haha.
