I would assume that you could by them at RCSS, or Walmart on the 21st. I haven`t seen them anywhere yet! But if I do I will let you know.
All the SC'rs will be out that day looking for these I'm sure;)
My babysitter said she has seen them at the WM on Ellice. I'll be checking there hopefully this weekend to confirm. I've got a few of the free cheerios and don't want to have to look everywhere for them.

Sargent RCSS has both the Cheerios and the Fibre 1 Shredded Wheat in stock.
And for those that are interested they have the gluten-free Chex.
And if anyone is interested I have a FPC Cheerios up for trade. :-)
