P&G rebate from earlier this year - February maybe?

Hi! I'm sorry to ask here, but I can't find a thread for the life of me! My mother sent this one in earlier in the year and hasn't received it yet. She didn't copy it, unfortunately, so I don't have the details to follow-up. Does anyone know where a thread is about it that I might get the details to call them? Or anyone else still waiting.

I believe it was spend $40 and get $20 MIR...

I saw your scanned form on there and it looks like the same one, though I thought the form came in an insert or something...

I can't read all the fine print, are you able to see on your copy if there is a contact if it isn't received?

There is no contact information on the form that I can see. I don't have the form anymore, so I can't check the original, and I didn't end up doing this offer myself.

I would just contact Loblaws and/or P&G and see what they can do. I had success with that last year when my Loblaws/P&G "Double Your Coupons" rebate never showed up (and neither did most SC'ers either - hardly anyone had received it months after the rebate ended). I just used the "contact us" form on each company's web site. P&G's is here and Loblaws is here (at the bottom)

All I wanted to know was if I could expect a cheque and when. I emailed P&G a few times asking for this information, and the reps were not able to tell me whether my rebate was received and half didn't even know what I was asking about. They promised to get back with info but never did. So I emailed Loblaws and asked, and they didn't know anything either. Then I started getting cheques in the mail - I think every P&G rep I had contact with decided it would be easier to just replace the rebate instead of finding out what happened to my actual rebate cheque. I got a gift card from Loblaws too. Then about six months after I had sent the rebate, the original cheque showed up! Dated for that month, too, so it's not like it had been lost in the mail or something. I ended up with $100 in cheques and a $20 gift card for a rebate that was supposed to be $20. Since I had never asked for replacement of the rebate from either company, I didn't feel guilty at all cashing those cheques

While I wouldn't expect your mom to be quite that lucky, here's hoping the reps at either company will be able to help her out or replace the gift card. Good luck!

Jeniana, thanks for your help! I'll start emailing and see where we get I talked my mum into doing the rebate and made sure she had all the coupons as it is stuff she uses, so she is a bit frustrated and discouraged that it never showed up
